Community Seder for Students

Join Hillel on Monday night to celebrate Passover with the community. The Seder is provided through the meal plan and is a great opportunity to learn about Passover, eat great food, and celebrate with the community.

Host Your Own Seder/
Attend a Student Led Seder

Hillel is sponsoring students to host their own Passover Seders. Hillel will provide all of the ritual items as well as subsidize each student attending. Students can create their own Passover experience and invite friends. Hillel will work with students on the food and the Hagaddah (story).

Hillel will also match students with potential hosts, if they would like to attend a Seder.

Passover Meals on Campus

Newell Dining Hall provides Kosher for Passover meals for lunch and dinner on Monday through Friday. Meals are provided through the dining program, and are available using either meals, points, or cash.

Support Passover at Towson

We hope you will consider sponsoring a student or a group for Passover. The Towson community is very fortunate that Dining Services provides kosher food as a part of the meal plan. Unfortunately, every year the cost of Kosher for Passover food rises and many students cannot afford to pay for their holiday celebration.

Towson Hillel's week-long Passover celebration is among the best and most engaging opportunities that the Jewish community will have to bond these students to our people and our shared tradition.

Your donation will help provide a Seder(s) and/or a meal(s) for students in need:

$18- sponsors ONE student's Passover experience
$36- sponsors TWO students' Passover experience
$72- sponsors FOUR students' Passover experience
$180- sponsors TEN students' Passover experience
