Join the Jewish Tigers Alumni Alliance and Towson Hillel on the first night of Chanukah for an evening of cooking and festive lighting together as a community. The class will be led by renowned cook, food blogger, food instructor and founder of afooda.com, Huppit Bartov Miller.
You will learn how to make kohlrabi-sweet-potato latkes (a healthy version of holiday latkes) topped with homemade Labneh and Zaatar. If time allows, the participants will get to know kohlrabi, a very popular root vegetable in Israeli cuisine, as well as Labneh, even better, and we can add a fresh kohlrabi salad alongside our latkes and Labneh.
Registration is required so that the ingredients list can be sent to you before the class.
